MONTH OF/DAY OF PLANNER

The Month of or Day of Planner is for the client who has booked all the vendors, aligned their guest list, made all major decisions from table linens, to music selections but still needs someone to tie up loose ends and be the "lead" on the day of the event. This service typically begins three to six months prior to your event date, however it’s not uncommon to book this service 10-12 months from your event - we’re happy to join the fun & excitement early on! Together, we will create a very detailed timeline so everyone's on the same page as well as be present for any rehearsal necessary. Our partial event planning services include the following: Eight (8) meetings leading up to the day of the event (based on both the Planner and Client’s scheduling needs), final walk through at venue, confirming all booked vendors, overseeing the wedding rehearsal, and full day of coverage (physical setup and breakdown of venue will incur additional fee).

Additional cost may accrue for travel outside DMV area.

FULL SERVICE EVENT PLANNER

You've said "YES"... now what? Our ‘Full Service Event Planner’ experience is for you! We will walk you through all planning aspects from start to finish! From helping with the design of the invitations to finalizing your seating chart we will work closely with your vendors so you can relax and enjoy your day! Just like our ‘month of/day of’ planning services a detailed timeline is a must! The Full Service Event Planner experience includes the following: Unlimited amount of phone calls & meetings (based on both the Planner and Client’s scheduling needs), budget planning & analysis, vendor selection, in-person vendor meetings, mood board designs, floor plans, guest list preparation, invitation layout & design, RSVP management, creating a detailed timeline, final walk through at venue, confirming all booked vendors, overseeing the wedding rehearsal, and full day of coverage (physical setup and breakdown of venue will incur additional fee).
